Denver Roofing Team is a licensed and insured roofing contractor serving Denver and surrounding CO communities since 2008. Our 17+ years in the trade spans everything from single-shingle repairs and flashing re-seals to full tear-off roof replacements and commercial flat roofing systems.

Roof repairs start with a detailed inspection of your entire roofline — not just the obvious leak. Our roofers check every inch of flashing around chimneys, pipe boots, vent boots, and wall transitions where water intrusion commonly begins. We look for cracked, curled, buckled, or missing shingles, and probe the underlayment beneath for hidden water damage.

With the deck exposed, we inspect every inch for soft spots, water damage, and structural issues in the trusses, rafters, and joists. We replace compromised sheathing and fasten new decking with ring-shank nails. Next, we roll ice-and-water shield along the eaves, valleys, and around penetrations, followed by synthetic underlayment across the full roof deck.

Every project — from a pipe boot re-seal to a complete architectural shingle installation — receives the same care: written estimate, material matching, proper underlayment and flashing, and a final inspection before we consider the job complete.
